1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://www.doxmenu.com/, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on doXmenu's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on doXmenu's website;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on doXmenu's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. doXmenu makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall doXmenu or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on doXmenu's website, even if doXmenu or a doXmenu authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

doXmenu offers digital QR menu services on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Subscription fees are billed in advance and grant access to the platform for the corresponding billing period. By subscribing, you authorize doXmenu to charge the payment method you provide for each renewal until you cancel. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout and may be updated for future billing periods with prior notice.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Digital subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting info@doxmenu.com. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of the initial subscription purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used. Refund requests outside this window are evaluated case-by-case at our discretion.

Physical products (stands, QR plates, custom signage). All stands and physical accessories are made-to-order and personalized for each client (logo, branding, table numbers, layout, language). For this reason, personalized physical products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or differs materially from your approved order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no additional cost.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank processing times may add additional delay outside our control.

7. Delivery of Products & Services

Digital services. Access to the doXmenu platform is delivered electronically. Once payment is confirmed, your account is activated and the service is available immediately at the URL provided in your confirmation email.

Physical products. Personalized stands and signage are produced after order confirmation and design approval. Production typically takes 5–10 business days, followed by shipping (3–7 business days within North Macedonia and the wider Balkans; longer for other destinations). A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Shipping fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

8. Cardholder Data Protection

We take the protection of your payment information seriously. doXmenu does not store, process, or transmit full card numbers, CVV codes, or PIN data on our servers. All card payments are handled through PCI DSS–compliant payment providers; your card details are entered directly into the provider's secure environment and are never visible to doXmenu staff. 9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Macedonia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
